Affirmations and Journaling: Discover a simple technique that has the power to change your life. Learn how the use of affirmations can change long engrained thought patterns that prevent you from discovering your talents, joy and natural enthusiasm. 20 minutes
Breathe to Relax: Learn correct breathing techniques and the power they have to awaken awareness of beauty and peace. 20 minutes
Release Stress and Remain in the Moment: Life is meant to be enjoyed! Release stress and bring your attention into the present moment and find joy within. 20 minutes
Guided Visualization for Stress Release This short guided visualization will help you to relax and enjoy a peaceful night’s rest. 15 minutes
Meditation Level 1: This is a 9-week course and attendance is required to advance to Level 2. This course teaches techniques to help you to develop a regular Meditation practice and share Ancient Wisdom to deepen your understanding. 45 minutes per class

Wisdom Study: Wisdom Study groups are formed throughout the year focusing on Ancient Wisdom to enrich your life and expand your awareness.
